How do I place an order?
Simply browse our product catalogue, select your size and colour, and add items to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and confirm your order. No account required.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional but makes it easier to track your orders and reorder in the future.
How do I know my order was confirmed?
You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is placed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order — before it is dispatched. Once your order is out for delivery, we cannot cancel or modify it. Contact us immediately if needed.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery in Lagos, Magboro, Mowe, and Ibafo for orders placed before 12 noon. Orders after 12 noon are dispatched the next business day.
How long does nationwide delivery take?
Delivery to other states across Nigeria typically takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and shown clearly before you confirm your order. No hidden charges.
💵 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Pay on Delivery across all of Nigeria. You only pay when your order arrives — after you have inspected and confirmed it matches what you ordered.
Is there any risk when ordering from FastCloth?
None. With Pay on Delivery, you do not part with a single naira until the item is in your hands. What you see on our website is exactly what you receive. No substitutions, no compromises.
📐 Sizing
How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We strongly recommend checking it before placing your order. If you are between sizes, reach out to us and we will help.
What if I order the wrong size?
Please note: FastCloth is not responsible for delivery fees on exchanges resulting from an incorrect size or product ordered by the customer. If you order the wrong size or item, you will bear the return shipping and redelivery costs.
We encourage every customer to double-check size and product selection before confirming an order. When in doubt, message us first.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchange requests within 1 to 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Who pays the delivery fee on an exchange?
It depends on the reason:
- Defective or wrong item sent by us — FastCloth covers all delivery costs.
- Customer ordered the wrong size or product — The customer is responsible for all delivery fees. FastCloth does not cover this cost.
How long does an exchange take?
Once we receive your returned item, your exchange will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 7 business days maximum.
